Apple Charlestown

Told I need to wait 3 days for the next available appointment or chance my luck and wait outside the store at opening time the next day to give my details and hope someone gets back to me. Was asking for basic advice on reinstalling Mac OS X on a new laptop and offered no help. A major upside of purchasing Apple is supposed to be the support!

Paul gives amazing service. Was an absolute legend and didnt have an issue answering my 100s of uninformed questions. Deserves a raise for sure.

Have always found the service at the apple store in Charlestown to be good. It can get a bit busy at times but I expect that is not unusual for an apple store and if you book in ahead then that helps keep to schedule.

The best retail stores and customer service bar none. I highly recommend Apple products and after sales service.

I do believe in excellence, and this store has many display models available, the staff are the best. I purchased an apple watch two weeks ago and the friendly staff helped me set it up and that was really helpful they have time to help everyone. I was also there for a workshop doing iphone photography and the the creator was the best. Newcastle apple store is great.

Went in to buy an iPad pro but wanted to try out a specific app beforehand. They couldn't download onto the store iPads but one of the staff went and got his own iPad, downloaded the app I wanted and let me try it. Great service.
