Our apartment is at pool level (26 "kid-steps" to the pool - we've measured! ) and has a King bed, two single beds and sofa-bed that sleeps 2 more in the lounge. A well designed kitchen, living /dining area, separate toilet and bathroom facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV /Foxtel /DVD /mini stereo, direct dial ISD /STD phone and access to communal laundry facilities it is a perfect setup for 4-6 people.
The Resort itself features a stunning island beach & lagoon style pool, complete with heated spas and kids wading area, a separate 25m lap-pool located in the gym complex, Gymnasium and Japanese steam room, 2 Floodlit Tennis Courts (synthetic grass), Tour booking desk, Guest laundry, Body & Soul Spa Retreat, Complementary car parking, all rooms are non-smoking, Onsite restaurant, bar & cafe open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music scheduled on occasional weekends.

The Port Stephens area is packed with amazing beaches (the Sand spit at Fingal bay and sandy beach at Shoal Bay being two favourites), local attractions such as live bands and festivals at the foreshore at Nelson Bay, the well known and popular walking track up Mount Tomaree, deep sea fishing charters and whale & dolphin watching expeditions out of Nelson Bay, a beautiful walking /running track along the waters edge from Soldiers Point through to Nelson Bay and beyond. It has loads of fun activities (wet and dry weather) for the kids - and big kids - including tobogganing, ten pin bowling, sand dune surfing, quad biking and bike riding trails and plenty of beachside play parks.
