Aptness was started in 2015 when founder, Tim Wickman, realised his passionate efforts to improve the Facilities Management industry were limited working within the current job market. His improvements, strategic insights and innovations were limited to just one contract at a time as an employee within the industry, despite holding state or national titles in some of Australia's most iconic portfolios such as; ANZ, NSW Police, City of Sydney and AMP Capital. Tim's passion for strategic improvements and innovation caused him to take his thought leadership outside of any single contract and provide leadership to the industry in order to create national industry impacts. Aptness was created to provide a platform for industry change for better property management. Aptness has successfully assisted many clients with project delivery, such as Paul Ramsey Foundation, AMP Capital and other major commercial clients. As a result, Aptness has developed a new Project Delivery arm under the leadership of our National Director of Projects, Fleur Bogue. Flexible delivery programs are essential, after all, every business' project requirements are unique. We are highly experienced in live environments which is supported by our comprehensive range of capabilities and project planning. Delivering true streamlined efficiencies and minimise the impacts to stakeholders and achieve project outcomes.
