Good size store and very helpful staff. Temperature inside the store is hot so don’t go there wearing a coat or you’ll sweat like crazy.

After spending $1200 here on 2 AquaOne 510 with cabinets, substrate, conditioners, orderments and more. These items were bought on the 8th of September 2017. Today on the 12th of September a phone call was made to aquarium empire to exchange one of the aqua one 510 and cabinet with the larger 850 version and cabinet with he price adjustment, both models of the 510 had some deep scratches which were made clear over the phone as to why we would like a change of tank and just to go larger. One of the 510 models was bearable with the position being on a hide side of the tank. One of the 510 tank and cabinet was a display model which we will still got charged full price only to notice after that it was missing parts. No fuss we sorted that out. After making the phone call they agreed they would exchange it and allow me to get the large model and pay the difference. The only thing I had done with this 4day old tank was put the substrate into it and build the cabinet. No marks on it as inspected by them. The only water that had been in the tank was the residue of water that was on the substrate. They did not want to inspect the tank and just straight refused to do anything for me, no exchange for larger model with price adjustment their way and no refund. And locked the doors behind them. I thought this would of been a shop to deal with. I guess they value exisiting customers rather then new ones. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible service. VERY well looked after and amazing staff a gentleman by the name of joey was extremely kind to me and helped me with a large variety of cichlids and tropical fish giving honest opinions and experiences. Definetly recommend this aquarium 100%

I just want to say thank you to the staff who served me last october as they were helpful and friendly towards my purchase of my lovely flower horn :)
Recently my flower horn started going vegan and is super satisfied with his new diet of celery and grapes. Occasionally it would get out and cook me dinner too and as a treat, I would give it a salt water rinse. 10/10 best girl friend ever.

Upon Entering the store i was greeted by a masculine young man, and asked how i was, I responded with "good thanks yourself?". He responded with " Great thanks, What were you after today?". I answered "I am looking for a Hammerhead shark". To my disappointment they do not have Hammer head sharks.
The Customer Service was excellent, but the range of sharks they have are limited to Port Jackson sharks and other varieties of tropical sharks, which are all inferior sharks compared to the Hammer Head Shark whose head is shaped like a magnificent, and glorious hammer.

Great aquarium. The staff helped me find the rare fighter fish that I'd been looking for years, finally I can make the sashimi that I'd been dying for. Thanks for the efficient and generous help from the staff once more. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a different tasting fish.

The owners and staff are amazing and very friendly. Sticking to my budget, they helped me deliver, design and install my tank and are always around for advice during rare emergencies. I have my full trust and confidence in their team and fish. Every single fish I bought from the shop is still alive and well, including the exotic fish I ordered in!! I'm so happy I bought my husband a predator tank.
