Always something broken. Offer alternative that doesnt help in any way. Hey our high pressure doesnt work but look use the spot free rinse it wont clean the soap off your car no matter how much money you put into the machine. Wont be coming back again.
Convenient but always something not working right
Hand wash is always out of order in some way or form.
Used to be excellent, but now there is only one self-service car wash (plus two automatic) that is always broken in some way.
Change machine only offers tokens.
The worst! Pulled up to get a carwash, select wash, insert cash. Says "change available", no change comes... and no wash. Just wants me to start the process again. F*** you Aquarius! Never again!! I'll tell anyone who will listen.

I was trying to wash my car at this car wash when I selected the foam brush NO BUBBLES of any description came out and when I told the attendant he said "that I was out of time" this after I put more money in to get some form of detergent and water on my car to clean it. What sort of car wash is it when this is the second time in 3 weeks that it has happened. I would not recommend anybody to use this car wash until they get an attendant who listens to the customer. I can't get any lower with the stars I would not give it a star, I am 60 years and this the worst run car wash that I have ever come across STAY AWAY FROM IT.
