I began the mission of making a difference of a people's lives for 5 years. It all started through supporting family and volunteering with different organizations that helps people with disabilities. That continues with having over 7 years working experience with NDIS that helped me realized how important independent living is for the participants.  That independent life can be achieved with the support of caregivers which gave the motivation to create Arco Life Disability & Metal Health Care Pty Ltd.  ‍The criteria are to make Arco Life Care a second home for the participants that becomes a family. Participants can not only get the best services, but also live in the best environment.  We strive to build a team of members with many years of experience, good skills and dedication to the job.  We believe that together we give the participants the best support they need based on a person-centered approach. ‍We endeavor for the establishment of Communitive and Lifestyle Centre which will be a place for participants to exercise their daily activities, as well as a place for participants to meet socialize and meet new friends.  ‍Support for independent living will be maintained by my team 24 /7 rostering with the goal of taking care of the participant's health and wellbeing by our Nursing team.  ‍We believe that with all the above conditions and empathy for the participants, it will help them achieve their goals, and enjoy their life to the best.  Join Arco Life Care to feel the change in your daily life.
