El Gringo Argentinian BBQ is a catering business and mobile restaurant that serves authentic Argentinian chorizo, beef spare ribs, pork belly, lamb and empanadas.

Our catering menu includes all the above, plus salads, vegetarian /vegan options, and more meat options (morcilla, chicken, asado). All meats barbecued the traditional way.

We are based on the NSW Central Coast in Australia; however we are often present at many events around Sydney and do not mind travelling to cater for you!

We are usually present at the Newcastle City Farmers Market every Sunday from 8am. You will find us at many different market events, around the Central Coast and Sydney. Follow us on Instagram or here on Facebook to know where we will be next!

All our BBQ meats are cooked fresh and served to you straight off the barbecue.

We serve our BBQ with our traditional chimichurri sauce, a delicious blend of parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and roasted capsicum seasoned with herbs and spices. We also sell this homemade sauce in small jars.

We are present at many events, ranging from outdoor markets, to large festivals.

We are also able to cater for any event, personal or professional and have successfully delivered our service to Rotary Clubs, the local SES, Pink Day Fundraisers, The Taste Festival, Groovin The Moo, The Little Havana Festival, Live From 5, Greedy Guts Markets, Olive Tree Markets, the AECG, Homegrown Markets and many more. We have also catered to countless personal birthday parties and functions.
