Argyle Community Housing Limited is a not-for-profit community based provider of social and affordable housingOur core focus is captured in its vision which states: "By providing housing as the foundation, assist our customers and their communities to achieve a better future". Argyle currently serves over 4, 500 clients through the management of over 2, 300 tenancies and provision for maintenance of over 2, 700 properties. In addition to the provision of housing we: - Provide services to the homeless- Link our clients to services provided by third party organisations to create sustainable tenancies- Create partnerships aimed at reducing disadvantage and achieving social inclusion for our clients; and- Foster individual and community capability and capacity building through community development projects and tenant participation initiativesArgyle has over 38 years' experience managing tenancies and properties across metropolitan and regional NSW and in the ACT. It has a commitment to delivering services which are localised and easily accessible to our clients.

Argyle Community Housing is a community-managed, not-for-profit, housing organisation. Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find accommodation and for disadvantaged people who need support in order to maintain independent living. As a community housing service provider we are responsive to local needs and are committed to building sustainable communities in areas of need.

As a community housing provider, Argyle actively encourages it’s clients to be involved in the organisation’s activities. This involvement helps our clients build social capital, reduces isolation and teaches new skills. It also provides Argyle with a valuable source of knowledge and information about the communities we operate in and how we can better service these communities.
