Another great night at APH. Bastille Day Dinner was fantastic and the bonfire went off FINALLY!! Thank you so much to our loyal followers and new friends for supporting us. Huge thanks to our amazing staff who work so hard to make it happen. Ben, Erin, Haylee & Jack tonight made it all so easy ❤️

Bastille (French National Day) Day Dinner will be tomorrow starting at 6.30pm $40 per person for a three course French menu with amuse bouche and a glass of French Champagne to start the celebrations. We now FINALLY have a menu after deliberating for way to long!!!
Amuse Bouche will be a small selection to tantalise the taste buds
... Entree (choice of) Soupe a l’onignon Double baked cheese soufflé Duck Pate
Main (choice of) Beef Bourguignon Magret de canard (duck breast cooked with thyme and orange) Free range chicken breast poached in fine herbs with beurre Blanc sauce

State of Origin Game Three on tonight. Come down to the pub at 8pm to watch with bar snacks as usual and loads of commentary around the bar I’m sure!! 😂

One week to go until Bastille Day!! Vive la France 🇱🇺 Three course alternate menu with a glass of French champagne to start, amuse bouche (little delights to tease the taste buds), entree, main and dessert. All for $40 per person. Limited spots still available. We are fully booked for accommodation on the night. For a more informal option, we will also be lighting the bonfire if it doesn’t rain again with the smoker and bbq going. Bring a chair and blanket to sit outside and enjoy the fire.

Publicans Pizza Pick tonight is tandoori chicken. NEWS FLASH - we now have small gluten free pizza based and GF tomato pizza sauce $15 each with our regular topping varieties.

Our weekend specials are pretty amazing!! Last night was Wag Sirloin Roast with mash, vegetables and gravy and tonight is poached chicken breast with olive and fig tapenade, mash and vegetables. Beautiful work Ben 👍👍

I forgot to mention last night here on fb all of the wonderful local suppliers we highlighted on our McWilliams Wine Dinner menu - Wongajong Ag for the sirloin Grunt Pork for the pork belly Mimosa Valley Lamb for the pulled balsamic lamb shoulder We also had greens from our own very young garden.... All were exceptional and acknowledged last night on the menus and in a quick discussion about the food. We are loving supporting local producers. McWilliam's Wines

This Sunday June 24th is the second State of Origin. Who knows why it is Sunday but we will be here watching the game. Come and join us with bar snacks on the house when the game starts. Regular menu as well as pizzas available 6-8.30pm. Go the Blues 👍

Publicans pick tonight is poached chicken, artichoke, prosciutto with a creamy garlic sauce and Italian parsley. Pasta is beef tortellini with Napoletana Parmesan sauce OR pumpkin and sage ravioli with burnt butter sauce. Delish!!
