Arianna’s Boutique is based in Sydney, Australia. We are an online store sourcing only the most adorable amazing babies /kids clothes & accessories at affordable prices for anyone to purchase. We source our products from a number of International & when available, Australian Suppliers. We DO NOT personally handmake any of our products unless stated otherwise. If you have ANY questions or concerns about how /where we source our products from, simply contact us via email, we are more than happy to help you with any enquiries. Our gorgeous items are carefully selected, wrapped with love & delivered to your door.

$8. 50 TRACKED (500G or Less).

$12. 95 TRACKED (signature on arrival, cover for loss /damage).

$15. 80 EXPRESS (Tracked, signature on arrival, cover for loss /damage).

Flat rate for multiple purchases.

DELIVERY:
$10 Same day Delivery within 10km (Any COMPLETED orders made by 3pm)

PICK UP DETAILS:
BOSSLEY PARK for our local customers (Address will be given at the time of purchase).

ITEMS IN STOCK:
Orders are shipped within 5 business days once payment has been made. Our regular delivery days are subject to change without notice so please make arrangements at time of purchase.

PRE-ORDER:
Pre-orders MUST be paid in full within the pre-order time frame to assure you secure your item before sale. Pre-Order turnaround time is approx. 3-6 weeks, however please be aware that circumstances out of our control may result in Pre-Orders being later than expected. This can include issues in manufacturing, shipping delays, etc.
We will always update the page with the status of orders /pre-orders, so please check in if you are waiting on an item.
When pre-ordering please keep in mind what size you are ordering at the time as there is a 3-6 weeks wait and would hate for your little one to have already out grown of the size ordered.

REFUND POLICY:
Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds or replacements if your item is lost in transit, damaged in transit or not delivered. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this condition - so please purchase additional cover to protect for loss or damage.
Please check that your mailing address is correct before you make payment, we would hate for your items not to arrive. If your parcel is returned to sender, we will happily resend your order at buyer’s expense.
Pre-orders will NOT be refunds for change of mind, if you have ordered the wrong size by mistake and we have the correct size in stock I am happy to exchange BEFORE item is shipped or exchange for another style at the same value.
Unfortunately Arianna’s Boutique does not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind after payment has been made. Please consider this when you are choosing your items.


RETURNS /FAULTY ITEMS:
We have a strict quality control, however sometimes things can be missed & you may receive a faulty item. Never fear - we are more than happy to replace your items with a product of equal value or issue a store credit. Please check over your purchases when you receive them - If you do happen to receive a faulty product, please contact us at ariannasboutique@outlook.com with photographic evidence of the fault within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We will not accept photos or claims weeks after the item has been received as we cannot determine whether your order was faulty on arrival. Postage fees are non-refundable & you will not receive a credit for your postage charge.

As your feedback is very important to our business’s development, we sincerely invite you to leave us positive feedback if you are satisfied with our product and service, it will just take 1 minute. If you are not, Please contact us before leaving any neutral or negative feedback as that will not resolve the problem. We are always willing to work things out, Thank you.

ADVERTISING:
If you have left any feedback with photos we will always ask for permission before reposting your photo to our social media pages. If we are looking for a brand rep we expect to receive good quality photos of your little one visibly wearing our product.
As a brand rep you will receive 30% off our products. We expect you to purchase at least twice a month and we may send you a new outfit out for free excluding shipping cost to have you be the first to trial and wear our new item.
