I had voucher, the advertising was 1 hr remedial massage and body scrub + 40 min facial treatment all treatment in advertising was 2 hr , the lady just did quick scrub and funny massage that I ever had just 5 min facial massage and 10 min mask all treatment just less than 1hr!!!!!!!! that was terrible !! I wast my time and money

we were there on time
but was told to go in the bath and shower area to relax first without providing towels
then we were there for over 40mins, no one came to offer the massage and facial that we have booked in
another 10mins wait no one has followed up
we went to reception in our wet body to check when's our turn
not so acceptable, poor time management booking management
it happened to another customer, she was complaining too
product was average, aged facilities, not professional staff, pretty bad experience

Great little spa. I've been to bathhouses in Korea and this is a fairly authentic experience. The facilities were clean, the practitioners knew what they were doing, and I felt amazing after the treatment. 100% will return.

I purchased a voucher from Groupon which promised over 1 hour and 40 min of treatment time but instead received half of that in treatment time. Also what i had purchased was completely different to what was offered. When i explained why i was not getting what i paid for she offered to request a refund from Groupon and would not accommodate to our needs. I decided to still proceed as it was a birthday treat for my girlfriend. When we were done i asked for some form of compensation, like a discount voucher for return business & did not get anything of the such!
Apart from all this, it still was a pleasant experience although i do believe i was given special treatment due to my initial complaint!
If you do decide to give it a go, my recommendation would be to not purchase vouchers from Groupon and purchase straight from Spa, to avoid disappointment.

Absolute sham!!!

I first booked an appointment via groupon for 10am. I was called later that day that 10am was not longer available and can i come at 12pm. On the day of the appointment, while i was in transit, they called me at 11:45am to say that they are running approximately 20min late and that instead of spending the first 30min in the baths i might be there a little longer.

That little longer changed from 20min to 1 hour 15 minutes!!!
I was about to give up and demand a refund when i was finally called by a therapist. A promised body scrub, 30min massage and 40min facial was all done in 55 minutes!!! The scrub was a part of the massage... The facial didn't occur - i had maybe 5 min face massage that was a part of the body massage, and an application of fresh cucumber mask maybe for another 5min.

There were only 3 'therapists' there and 3 people being serviced when i came and another 6 waiting including me so by straight math you have to wait over an hour for your turn... Should be obvious to the management!

Extreme misinformation, overpromise and lack of any respect for the customer... Even with groupon prices, too expensive for what it is!!! And way too stressful!

We didn't received what we have paid for which should be a 60 mins massage and 40 mins facial. It was done in a rush and unpleasantly for a total of 40 mins only. Did not feel relaxed at all considering this is a spa/pampering place. Massage and facial wasn't good. Totally a rip off! Do not waste your time and money here.
