Nice location but slow service, cafe not that busy on day. We ordered 2 Caesar salads for lunch. Both were extremely meagre in size for the price, even the waitress agreed and came back with another tiny bowl of salad that we were to share !! token gesture/joke. Ordered coffee and after 15-20 minutes had to call waitress again to find out where our order was. won't be rushing back. Friends also have had disappointing assessment of cafe. shame because its in a nice location.

A popular cafe serving great food and decent coffee. The chilli crab linguine is delicious, I always get this dish. The flathead fish and chips is also excellent, with generous portion sizes.

This place was great for taking toddlers. Kids cutlery, plates and activity books. I can imagine it gets pretty busy on sunny days though. Food was $$$ but pretty tasty.

Won't visit again ever. Ordered some snapper for lunch. The skin was so tough and rubbery, can't even cut through with knife. Ended up ordering something else so had to wait again. No apologies whatsoever. Had to pay the full bill plus 10% weekend surcharge. Ridiculous.

Great, popular cafe on the banks of the Parramatta River. Good selections for breakfast and lunch. Servings are large, the sweet potato fries are homemade and crisp, worth the trip alone. Recommend booking particularly for lunch, even mid week. Service is cheerful and slick.

What a great find :) awesome menu, generous servings with tasty quality food. Service was so good, waitress moved us to first available sunny position even though it was such a busy Sunday afternoon. A short walk for a bike ride or one of the most amazing kids park! We will be back - thank you �

Went on Saturday afternoon. A little busy but the staff were kind and helpful. The food was pretty good; for the $20-5 range the mains portions are generous and good quality. The coffee was decent; not really at the level where I'd go there just for the coffee but good enough. Also tried the sweets which were warmed up for us which is always nice. Combined with the very pleasant surroundings I'd say it's well worth a visit.

Visited this cafe today. First of all the staff were horribly presented, unfriendly and impolite. The female attendant staff approached us in an unfriendly manner which made us feel uncomfortable. Despite this , we ordered 4 dishes and 2 coffees in the hope that the food will be better than the service . Unfortunately it just got worse. Our 2 coffees came 30 minutes after we ordered and when we asked the waiter if it will be any longer she rudely said as she continued to walk away that it's still getting made.
Each dish came 10 minutes apart and then we were greeted with a hair in the middle of the French toast and the waiter abruptly claimed that she will go and 'investigate' the hair.
The dish was returned immediately which proved that the same dish was returned with the hair removed as it was clear that it took 30 minutes to cook every other 'fresh' dish. Each of the 4 dishes were stale and banana bread was as hard as a rock.
Would not recommend anyone to visit this place !!!!!! 0/10

Rude and unhelpful stuff. We came with bikes and wanted to be seated outside to see them. Waitress didn't asked where we want to be seated and went with menus inside, when I told her, that we need table outside, she said she can't sit us there, so we had to leave. There were 4 empty tables outside. And then, minute after, gave the outside table to the other guys with a dog. All communication was rude and unfriendly. Never ever again. There're better cafes in the area. Ruined my morning.

Went south in the last few months. Used to be trendy and special but now just a Cafe for bikers coming thru.

If you come here wanting a quick lunch break..... Forget it, the service is crap and they don't even care.

Such a shame as its a great location and being local would have loved to keep coming back.
