I have had dealings with Armstrong Legal for many years. I have always found them to be very reputable, and operate in the best interests of their clients. The staff are both friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

Nightmare experience with Will Del Din. Worse than anything you can imagine. Happy to take your money and send documents around to look like he's doing something but no legal advice/support offered at any stage along the way. Actively sabotaging the case so it would be less work for him. Maligned like you don't exist if you're not happy with the service. Worse than dealing just with the case itself.

User

My representative was Martin, with his support leading up to my court case and on the day he never failed to do everything he could to help and put my concerns to rest, I also appreciate the assistance I received from James with out both their knowledge i wouldn't have had the outcome I did, they were both professional and empathetic... I highly recommend Armstrong Legal, was a pleasure with dealing with you both!

My lawyer was very strategic and did me wonders, was abit anxious about it at first, but it all worked out at the end. Great work and they had a plan. If you fail to PLAN, you PLAN to fail.
Wil Del Din fantastic work and a very unlikely outcome. I cannot thank you enough for such a great result. Highly recommended.

Before joining the team at Armstrong Legal, Cara worked as a DNA expert preparing and giving DNA evidence in criminal trials. In this role she liaised with police, DPP and defence practitioner regarding a variety of matters including DNA transfer, deposition and recovery.
Cara has reviewed and interpreted thousands of DNA profiles that were reported as intelligence to the NSW police, and when requested, submitted reports and gave evidence in criminal trials and hearings in th...e District and Local Courts of NSW.
She possesses a unique insight into the methods of collection and testing of forensic evidence, which she can use on behalf of those accused of crimes. This detailed analysis has transferred and dovetailed into her legal analysis. She brings to bear all the skills of a scientist in pulling apart the proofs and element of offences that police need to prove to secure convictions.
Cara’s training in science gives her a very different perspective to bring high level and specific focus to all criminal matters she deals with. She is a competent and methodical preparer, leaving nothing to chance in the pursuit of the best results for her clients.

1 September 2018 the NSW government enacted a law to require drivers to slow down to 40kph when passing a stationary emergency vehicle with its blue and red lights flashing. This appears to be a good thing on the surface and let’s face it, it is. But it does not go far enough.

Child support is a technical area that is largely taken out of lawyers hands to make it simpler, smoother and cheaper for every Australian family to access and to receive payments.

Throughout her career she has had a broad mix of experience across private practice and work in community legal centres, including rurally. Her varied background has resulted in her having a practical approach to the law and a focus on achieving real world outcomes that are practical, cost effective and tax effective (As opposed to some lawyers who seem to give advice based upon theoretical possibi...lities). The widely known and desired “Section 10” in NSW, or “Section 17” in the ACT, used to be easier to obtain, but tightening legislation and tougher sentencing practice in response to hardening community attitudes over recent years have meant non-conviction orders are becoming rarer beasts.

After starting the matter in 2012, a three month trial in 2015 and endless hard work we were exceptionally pleased the orders of the court were to quash the convictions and acquit all three of our clients.

Poor experience from beginning to end from these people. Did not adequately prepare for my case or read documents enough - paid for it in court. The girl who represented me was all over the place. Appealed and argued it myself and got the outcome I wanted. Poor form from so called "legal professionals" whose accounts team spent more time sending invoices than the lawyers did reviewing my case. Vampires.
