Arnies Recon has developed the world's most sophisticated model for diverting electronics and appliances from the waste stream. Our services are free to households, business and government. With more than 80 discreet product lines and 10 pathways to redistribute unwanted and obsolete electronics and appliances, Arnies prioritizes reuse as the best form of recycling. Items that can no longer be reused are recycled using best practices to channel them back into manufacturing. Our constant research into new uses for old electronics continually improves our capacity and capabilities, and increases our financial viability. From a standing start in December 2019, Arnies has saved over 3500 tonnes of electronics from landfill in the Sydney Metro area to date. On our current trajectory, Arnies expects to save over 4000 tonnes of electronics from landfill in 2022. Arnies Recon is a self-funded private social enterprise without external interests or government assistance. Our proven, modular system, is designed to be replicated in any location globally.
