I will never go back to this place and am still having trouble with my hair because of what they've done to me even it was like 18 months ago!!
I got Groupon deal for Shiseido straightening. Yes it was cheap (If you only ask the straightening service) and I did ask the woman to cut part of my hair shorter so it would look like I have bob style if I tie my (long part) hair.
The result was just horrible and had no idea what exactly happened to my hair couple of months later.
Back part of my hair got really bad damage so that they were/are awfully curly. Also the length of my hair was/is all different so part of my hair is still only shoulder length after 1 year and half later!
Yes I asked to cut my hair like bob style but all hair stylist I have met afterwards said 'This is terrible cut.' and the lady who cut my hair should have had consulting.
Once you damage your hair or cut your hair, it won't be fixed until you wait forever and all hair professionals should know that.

My husband is a regular and I just gave it a go and Rocky was great. He is very caring and perfectionist. I believe Rocky is a freelancer sharing the hairdresser salon with other hairdressers so ask for him!

As a traveller and not wanting to pay exorbitant prices for foils and a trim..
I found this salon wandering by.
Explained what I wanted and was given a more than reasonable price.. more than half of another salon.. Nicole is a master at foils and trimmed and conditioned it beautifully.. And then came the hairdryer and brush.. she is magic.. I would go to her just to watch her blow dry hair... exceptionally clean.. great music.. cannot fault at all... 😀

Such a bad hairdressers. I never write reviews for anything but this really upsets me. The day before i got chewing gum caught in my hair so was desperate for a walk in appointment to have it sorted out. I explained to the woman on the desk and she quoted me 45 dollars. After i had my hair washed i told her how i would like my hair cut, and she then told me it would cos 70 dollars because she thought i only wanted a blow dry. WHY would i want only a blowdry when i had to cut my hair out? I thought it would be obvious i would want it evened out. I agreed because i was desperate and she had already washed the hair. Never have i felt so uncomfortable having my hair cut. I told her i wanted the ends in a U so i didnt have to have loads cut off the length so the hair missing isnt obvious, and it was just a straight cut with a very uneven attempt at feathered sides. It was an awful turn out. When i got home i ended up having to cut my own hair again because it was SO uneven and i had a function that evening. Now i have to cough up even more money and have even more of the length cut off to try and save my hair from their messy hairdressing.

Hair is SO important to everyone, and there are so many bad reviews on here i dont understand why they arent using it to their advantage and have everyone re-trained? they obviously need it!!!!

Very poor quality hairdresser. They can't even cover my clothes properly to ensure my clothes do not get damaged with bleach and colour. They ruined the back of my favourite t-shirt. I did not notice it until a week later when I pulled it out of the wash. I made a last minute appointment with them. I asked for an appointment the next day. The girl at the counter offered me a time that did not suit me. I told her no and she acted like there was no other time available and as I turned to walk out the door, she offered me the time I wanted with another hairdresser. It is sad that they look after themselves first and can't work in the interests of the customer. Then with the male hairdresser I got, I kept on telling him to colour my hair close to the roots. No matter how many times I said it, he ignored me. I also asked that he only colour the regrowth and not to comb the colour through to the ends as my hair is damaged and really faded at the ends. He kept on combing the colour all the way to the ends. The end result was that I still had regrowth of one centimeter that was not coloured. They are so unprofessional in every way.
