He has over 7 years' experience litigating Medical Negligence personal injury claims with Courts in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA. ASH Legal provides strong advocacy for their clients' interests and is noted for thier skill to communicate clearly, patience and willingness to spend the time with clients in order that they understand the complex legal and medical ideas associated with their case. After graduating from Macquarie University with a degree in Law and Psychology, he joined a large Personal Injury Legal Practice where he specialised in Medical Negligence Claims. He moved to a prestigious Law firm in Sydney as the Senior Solicitor in Medical Negligence before taking up the position as the Practice Manager of the Medical Negligence Division of a well-respected full service Western Sydney Law firm. ASH Legal's advocacy skills transcend the personal injury sphere being able to deal with criminal, commercial, and wills /estate work. Having also graduated with a degree in Psychology we are educated in counseling people through personal crisis' and understanding the far reaching effects of mental health issues.
