Aspect Property Consultants is a regional NSW property valuation and consultancy firm established in 2004. The main office was opened in the Regional City of Dubbo in 2004 with the Nyngan office opening in 2005 and the Bathurst office opening in 2013.

Aspect Property Consultants is a growing professional valuation firm that started with two valuers in 2004 and now comprises an experienced team of 15 qualified valuers. All current valuation staff hold University Degrees either being a Bachelor of Commerce or Business, and are members of the Australian Property Institute. Our team of valuers are amongst the most qualified and experienced in regional NSW, with an excellent track record of timely and professional delivery of valuation and consultancy services.
