Are you able to tell me what you will accept as security, as well as what the credit criteria is additionally to the security offered? We accept nearly every sort of security — really any tangible item or unencumbered item that has value really. What LVR ratio will you go to in general terms, just as a guide? 50% / 60% of wholesale value
Obviously you put realistic values on assets„ how do you value assets? Do you send a professional valuer, or do you visit the goods yourself in addition to documentation? Internal valuations and wholesaler opinions (after giving them a detailed description of the items)
At what stage do you need to meet with the client, or is it the asset you're interested in inspecting? As some of our clients are in other states Once I have had an initial conversation with the client (or yourself) and can verify if we can help, I will need to view the item and quickly liaise with a wholesaler and release money with 15mins to the client. Other states not really, unless they bring the item to NSW.
Do you only lend outside the NCCP for commercial use, or can you offer personal money
loans? Personal / commercial use for ANY SECURITY OFFERED other than Property.
What states do you actually offer funding to clients?\ NSW — At this point in time
What are your rates fees and charges? Relative to the loan amount and term required. 10% pcm as a guide.
What do we receive as our remuneration for brokering you these types of clients? You can mandate whatever you feel is appropriate (obviously realistic) however we start at $100 for settled deal, then 5% of gross loan amount thereafter.
