Do you want something for nothing? If you are in the business of making money from customers (duh) and the answer is yes (double duh) then read on. My gift is in building relationships as well as an ability to understand an audience (the customer) and design business solutions and strategies that meet market need, exceed customer expectation and reduce operational costs and subsequently increase profit. I have an innate ability to look at anything and work out how best to make it happen. Be it a product, operation or a system. . I have one of those abstract minds that packages and systemises with the customer in mind. One of my favourite words is "turnkey". . and this is what I endeavour to achieve when working with a client. My goal is to turn a business operation into a streamlined, turnkey system that provides what the customer wants while at the same time reducing operational load. And why is this important? Well. . without a happy customer, you have no business. Without a streamlined, efficient system you have no profit. Put the two together and you have a fantastic bottomline! At the end of the day, it's about the $$$.
