David Asteraki is an experienced infrastructure specialist with an international track record of advising Governments on involving the private sector in traditionally public sector activities. He also has extensive experience of advising bidders for projects, and arranging and providing finance. David's experience covers the Australian, SE Asian and European markets across a wide range of sectors, including transport (particularly roads and rail), defence, broadband telecommunications, water /wastewater and social infrastructure.
