Staff aren’t professional they don’t really focus on helping the customer out they just wanna sell what they have in their minds, I don’t go there unless I have to because it’s open late, normal times will not recommend it to anyone

Good assistance when looking for the appropriate item to suit your needs with physiotherapy.

A few of my patients receive medication from this pharmacy.
Staff have become friendlier now that they know me.
Initially a couple of staff were abrupt and dismissive.
Often staff don't know what they are doing and how their own systems operate (or rather, don't operate) at which time they try to blame someone (often the customer)
Generally staff appear stressed and chaotic.
I don't think it would be the best place to work.
In the last two days I've been left waiting on the phone three times, only to be hung up on, then I've had to call back.

Not humans. These people are vampires. I told them my son was sick and I was driving on my way to pick up urgent medication. They said I had to make it there before 10 or they close. I got the 9:56 and they shut the roller door as I was walking in. I told them I spoke to Robyn to let her know I was coming for urgent medication. They said sorry, we are shut. They went the extra effort to shut early so they don't serve me. I hope your company will die from recession and you all lose your jobs and I will have the last laugh.

This was the absolute worst customer service i had every experienced. The MOST appalling customer service.
Janelle was so rude, she is probably the rudest person i have ever come across in a pharmacy or any customer service position for that matter. Considering my mother is a pharmacist and myself having worked in a pharmacy for many years, i was in total shock that someone like this could be employed in a job like that. My mother had fractured her leg, finally out of rehab so we went to hire equipment for her to live at home. Some of the equipment we had hired was broken and so rusty we were unable to use it- living and hour away it was hard to return so we just made do. Upon returning the items my mother was made to stand whilst Janelle struggled to work out what she needed to do. She then went to take a walking frame for my mother and then when my mum made her realise she couldn't walk without it she corrected herself. my mother was made to stand for long periods, no one offered her a seat, at one point Janelle even asked her to stand to help work our what was going on with the returns. When i explained we could not use the equipment that was faulty, Janelle simply said "well, you should have checked it" and then "why didn't you just bring it back?". She refused to apologise and went on to explain they have a maintenance person who should have fixed it prior to it going out. In the pharmacy for over an hour, i had gotten my mother a seat as i could see she was not going to work this out any time soon. Meanwhile she was huffing at me and shaking her head when i asked questions or enquired about hiring something my mother was needing next. We left after over an hour of being in the store.... Wow.
