A lot of girls doubt if Athletes Authority is right for them. Some say it's just for the boys. The reality is... they're kind of right.
Let us explain:
Have you ever heard the story about the women in the cave? In the story, it describes a group of women in a cave chained to the wall. They are stuck in the dark with no idea what life could be like.
... Their reality is what they know.
But then, the story introduces another character: The Goddess, who decides that her reality could be something more. The Goddess doesn't accept her world for what it is. She doesn't accept that women have to train like girls with high-rep booty workouts, hours on the treadmill, another mindless F45 workout or another day counting their macros 'because that's what girls do'.
Instead, she explores what she's capable of, gives herself permission to be an athlete, and sees the world for what it could be.
The girls who doubt Athletes Authority aren't wrong. They're simply living in their own version of reality, so in their world, they're right.
Meanwhile, there is a strong tribe of capable girls who have broken free of the shackles and are feeling empowered to pursue their ambitions in sport and are seeing amazing results.
As you can see in the video, almost half of our members are capable women doing incredible things.
Our programs are designed to help female athletes get the support they need and the confidence they deserve to break the shackles and be the incredible athlete they could be.
Training like an athlete is a choice.

We'd love to see if we could help.

The [Free] 52-Week Business Course For Coaches & Personal Trainers
"This is the most incredible course I've ever seen. Are you sure this should be free?"
Not our words. One of our pilot testers.
... In our experience working with the Coaches & Trainers across the world, we consistently see that their love and ability to coach is undermined by their business skills; and it's stopping them from doing more of what they love (changing people's lives).
So we've done something about that.
Over the past few months, Lachlan Wilmot - Athletic Performance Coach and Karl Goodman, the Directors of Athletes Authority, have been putting together the most powerful, comprehensive, and effective business course for Personal Trainers and Coaches so they can have the business skills to back up their coaching ability.
It's a 52-week course that sends you a new lesson every single week, which builds upon the previous week. By the end of the yearly course, you'll have covered everything you need to start, grow, or scale your business and coaching career.
The best news is, it's completely free.
It's the practical MBA that they should teach during your certifications but don't.
It's the puzzle piece you're missing, that might just change the trajectory of your coaching career.

Our Free Gift To Runners 🏃‍♂️🏃🏿‍♀️
If you're like any of the recreational runners we see on a regular basis, you probably know this feeling...
Every time you start to feel like you're taking your fitness in the right direction, things go pear-shaped.

At worst, it's so bad you can't walk...
And so it goes on and on; you never get into the routine you want to and you never see the results you want, either.
So we've done something about that before this Spring season of running kicks into gear.
We've written a value-packed eBook so you can keep on running.
In the 37-page eBook you'll learn:
✅Why the traditional running approach fails everyone but the genetically gifted ✅The counterintuitive secret to re-structure your training so you can run injury free ✅How to bulletproof your running form so you're incredibly efficient ✅What you should be doing in the gym to increase your strength, power and stability to maximise your performance ✅When you should be training to maximise your efforts on a time-budget ✅Plus, you'll get a FREE, 8-week training program (with gym sessions included), to help get you started on the path of sustainability.
It's completely free, and there are no hidden catches.
You're not getting sold anything and you won't be thrown any curve balls.

Everyday we hear horror stories of athletes re-injuring their ACL, re-rolling their ankle, or re-tearing their hamstring because they were rushed back to play. We've spoken before about the distinction between return to perform and return to sport, and this is the first of a series which will help you as an athlete know if you've been given the right advice before you put your game uniform back on.
Given the rise of non-contact ACL injuries in Australia, we're going to start... with the big elephant in the room.
If you're unsure whether you're ready to return to perform, and you aren't doing exercises like this as part of your assessment (and doing them properly), then your concerns are probably well founded. Don't hesitate to reach out to us. In a one-hour assessment we can help you answer the question – “am I actually good to go?”
What would you have to lose by really knowing you're good to go?

Your First Powerlifting Comp Preparation - Competition is a scary thing. So is commitment. It’s probably why a lot of people strength train but a lot fewer ever take the leap and make it their sport. - To celebrate The Amateur Cup, The Novice-Only Competition being held at Athletes Authority, we’ve put together a special deal to help you prepare for success on the platform. Because, like you, there is just something about being competitive and needing to have that fix. It...’s not just competition, but that sense of achievement that you don’t get when it’s just another heavy set in the gym on a Thursday night. - With 10 weeks of face-to-face coaching in our club (up to 3x per week), your own program, full access gym membership, your entry fee, nutrition support, and comp suit included, this is the best value done-for-you Powerlifting Preparation Program we’ve come across recently. - For $790, you get all that. That’s $79 a week. That sense of achievement, support, and knowing you’re doing everything you can to put your best foot forward for your first comp will give you the confidence to dominate out there. - And considering a lot of these online coaches charge $40 per week (and you still have to pay your gym membership, buy your entry fee, and your gear), it’s incredible value, too. - We are only offering 10 of these, so shoot us a comment, tag a friend this might be of use for, or reach out via DM for more info.

The Free Opportunity For Females To Take Your Strength Training To The Next Level 🏋️‍♀️
At some point for almost all women, we have that thought of getting strong.
If you're like me, the gym starts as something we 'just have to get done' but slowly, it turns into something we look forward to because it gives us a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. It's usually at about that time we start to wonder how we can get strong in the gym.
... But that opens up a can of worms.
Where do I start with strength training?
Who can I trust? (especially with social media the way it is these days)
And what do I do to make sure I do it properly?
If that sounds like you, then that's because you're exactly where I was a few years ago... So I totally get it.
My name is Jess, and I'm a strength coach. I graduated a few years ago with a Masters in Exercise Science and I'm 1-year into my Doctorate in Physiotherapy.
So I guess you could say I'm not your typical Personal Trainer.
When I got asked to work at Athletes Authority -- I almost put a hole in the ceiling I jumped so high. I couldn't think of a better place to help women get strong and feel empowered about their training.
To celebrate my new job at Athletes Authority in Artarmon, I'm giving away ten spots to get a free coaching session with me as well as a free week of training at what a lot of people say is one of the coolest gyms in Sydney.
I'd love to help you if you're a female and want to get strong. I'll:
✅Show you where to start ✅Help you put a plan in place and, ✅Make sure you're training properly.
If you're wanting help (and you can make it to the gym in Artarmon) comment 'Strong' below and we'll send you a message to organise your session at a time that suits you.
It won't cost you a dollar, there are no hidden catches, and it's jam-packed with the support that I believe every girl deserves when they decide to take their training a little more seriously.
Don't forget to comment 'Strong' so we know to message you :)
Jess
