I purchased a dress during my holiday at the BYRON BAY store a couple of days ago. I was very indecisive about this purchase and the co-workers could see this too. Whilst making my purchase they failed to notify me of their returns policy. The next day I asked for a refund as I didn’t like my purchase after thought and nothing else in the store. They refused and said it was my own fault for not knowing the policy. This was my first time shopping at Attik and most probably my last. It shouldn’t be up to a new customer to assume the stores policies. Every clothing store I’ve ever been to that does not do refunds has ALWAYS told me during the time of purchase. Even when I asked the two girls for the boss’s number to talk about it further they both refused to give it to me. Absolutely terrible customer service skills and a very displeased customer.
