Attended the day surgery at the hospital. Well organised all, well scheduled appointments, most helpful and considerate staff. Great caring nursing staff and quality team of doctors. Thank you for all.

When I was in the reception it look them over 9hrs for me to even get into the room and while I was in there, I waited another 3hrs just to get a doctor. The doctor took and blood test but left the top part of the needle still in my arm. I couldn't move my arm for 2hrs. But only after then they took it out. Horrible reception and staff are sometimes incompetent. Got there at 4pm and came home at 5am. 1 star you gook. Dab on them haters.

Best customer service, very helpful, Plenty of parking space here. Just not happy on waiting times. e.g. your gastro surgery appoinment is at 12 but you wait another 4hrs to go to actual 20 minutes endiscopy

Worst Receptionist I've ever met in Sydney!!! I went there with my landlady carrying her sick boy who was allergic at midnight. When inquiring about the patient basic information, the reception lady asked the DOB of the boy and how many pregnancy weeks he had when he was born. My landlady can hardly explain herself clearly so I acted as the interpreter. The receptionist was extremely impatient to wait just for a few sec for me to ask and interpret... kept saying "oh my goodness, oh my goodness". Are you really here to help people out? or just show your disregard to people who have language barriers? The doctor is helpful though, we will no longer go to this hospital due to this unpleasant experience at the reception!!!

When we took my friend in an emergency they told they don't have enough beds and when we requested for an ambulance to take him to other hospital. The receptionist and the nurse acted so annoyed that they threw our shoes and banged the door. They don't have enough beds not even stretchers for the patients. The night shift receptionist was so rude. The hospital seems more sick than the patients there.i would never prefer and recommend this hospital at allll.

Great group of motivated Nurses Doctors allied health staff and support staff delivering the best care possible under the worst circumstances

Ive been very happy with my treatment, though in emergency my results from scan were delayed due to the scans having to go to westmead to be reported. Which I was told 1-2 hours, when it took over 3 hours for them to come back. Apparently this only happens after 5pm, but it was a Friday night so I think its crazy. But I am in Medical A and the nurses and staff are lovely, though ive been here 6 days and my bed hasn't been changed fully the whole time.

Worst hospital avoid at all costs even on your death bed rude staff in triage even ruder manager when will this hospital finally shut down enough deaths enough misdiagnosed people enough woman being ignored and having miscarriages bunch on bully's the health minister of Australia really needs to shake up this hospital it's by far the worst hospital in history to the triage nurses the Tongan and Aussie lady who seemed that they were sick of there lives I hope u wake up to yourself and leave your job cause your truly unhappy . And to the manager your even a bigger joke and I hope u all get sacked u need a big wake up call and when you all finally get sacked I'll be there with a bottle of champagne to celebrate and the two security guards your guards not cops run a lap or two also
