Credit where credit's due. After initially posting a negative review about my post-delivery experience with Audi Mosman, I was contacted by the Dealer Principal to discuss my concerns. He listened, he apologised and he became personally involved (along with the original sales consultant) to have the situation rectified quickly and without inconvenience to myself. Sometimes, it is when things go wrong that gives an organisation the ability to shine, and in this case, Audi Mosman have certainly done that. My faith in the dealership has been restored and I have amended my rating to 5 stars.

I walked into Audi Mosman a year ago to buy my A3 convertible and have been treated like a princess ever since. Joe Avakian is one of the best sales people I know, going far above and beyond for me. There really was nothing he wouldn't do to make me happy and my purchase a dream. He organised and surprised me with tinted windows when I picked up my new baby and has taken care of me ever since. Audi Mosman recently supported a school fundraiser I was involved with, they really live and breathe their cars sense of fun and spirit. I would never consider buying a vehicle anywhere else after an experience like this, I feel like my family and Audi Mosman are together as partners forever. I'm truly a grateful and very loyal customer thanks to the outstanding level of service I receive from this dealership, I recommend them to everybody!

Brilliant service from Joe at Audi Mosman - Joe went above and beyond with all my requests and helping find the best deal and went to the extra length of making sure the tinting, the roof racks, the details were perfect all the way down to making sure the number plate matches the exterior of my car. If you've had a bad experience elsewhere.. go to Joe he knows quality customer service especially when you're about to make a huge purchase!

Amazing Audi dealership and superb service from Joe. As a long standing Audi customer, I have recently come to know of Audi Mosman and I can say from experience in buying Audi's for over 8 years all over Sydney for my wife and I (A3, A4, A5, Q3, Q5, Q7) that I have never been more impressed with a salesman. He knew exactly what I needed without me explaining too much. He wasn't trying to sell me what stock he had but rather find suitable options to suit our needs regardless of the price. He even said at times that he "wouldn't recommend these particular upgrades as they weren't value for money". This shows that it was about selecting the right car and not thrashing out a quick sale. Joe offered me a really competitive price (no nonsense negotiations, straight to the best deal possible) which was a $4000 off my target price. The deal was made even sweeter when he upgraded a few options and threw in some car mats and boot liners and tinted windows since I purchased 2 cars on the same day. Really good trade in value here guys compared with previous experiences at other dealerships. Highly recommend you go and speak with Joe, it seems this guy is a real superstar salesman as i noticed multiple sales awards, not to mention the tens of folders which appeared to be closed sales on his desk.

I don't normally write reviews, i just buy cars and drive them but the experience was superior to what I had experienced before that I felt obliged to pass on the good reviews about this dealership.
