Now serving 'Medicinal Hot Chocolate' by @daughterofthehive A delicious superfood elixir. This antioxidant-rich Medicinal Hot Chocolate eases sugar cravings, aids digestion, balances hormones & blood sugar, and boosts energy levels & immunity. We are so excited this yummy/healthy treat is now on our winter menu.
Raspberry and white chocolate tart with a side of flat white.
Now serving Muthingini single Origin coffee from @marvellstreet The unique fermentation process of the beans means a truly clean and delicious taste. You’ll be dreaming of orange & butterscotch for days.
Our favourite tree
‘The Rest’ or ‘Allambie House’ at Audley, built in the 1930’s was a favorite with honey-mooners & weekend getaways. A fire in 1975 completely destroyed it. We’d love it to still be there…
New menu! Salmon poke bowl, citrus cured & smoked salmon with brown rice, ponzu dressing, wasabi peas, shaved cabbage & wakame.

Booked mothersday banquet and to begin they forgot to serve us the antipasto so we reminded them and they brought it out with a few of the mains so we couldnt enjoy the nibbles, terrible service with the waitstaff mixing orders, they ended up putting another tables orders on our table and the waitstaff were non stop bringing over random meals and drinks the whole lunch which meant we couldnt relax and enjoy ourselves, they forgot 3 of 6 adult meals and 1 childs meal so we had some of us with our meals 30 minsbefore the rest came out...so we didnt get to eat together, i was served stone cold pasta and when i re ordered I was brought out another plate, the waitress said 'check if this ones cold too' it was cold again however I was starving and couldnt br bothered anymore, my father and brother were served stone cold beef patty on burgers and they never complained but couldnt stomach it so just ate the chips, my sisters were served cold withered barramundi and ate it but said it wasn't nice at all, kids meals were fine, but they totally forgot our mums meal all together and we had to ask twice for it only to be served almost completely raw chicken which she bit into and began to eat this chicken meal arrived 60 mins after the first main arrived. My mother ended up having a bowl of fries (which were nice surprisingly) for her special mothersday lunch which was such a shame. The desserts were lovely but not enjoyed as we were all hungry, disappointed and wanted to get home. We booked this months ago and were so so excited to share mothersday together with our kids and our mums..we dont get together often and we were looking forward to being spoilt with a lovely meal to celebrate us mummas..our luncheon was completely ruined not only with bad, cold raw food but the hassle of dealing with and chasing down orders, waiting for hours for our meals and wasting time liaising with bill's and the owner etc. We went to leave as the babies and kids were exhausted and bad to wait out in the rain outside for 20 mins to try and speak to the owner to finalise the bill however he was busy so we decided to leave and left our contact details. I feel so upset that our special day was ruined due to this cafe not cooking food properly and not being organized with staff. In no way, shape or form is it ok to serve raw chicken to the extent it was served..and the food should be cooked fresh and not sitting out to turn cold. We understand you are busy and were mass producing the meals prior, but due to this your standards have slipped and you have served your guests inedible meals. We hope this feed back will help make next years mothersday more enjoyable for your guests..unfortunately we wont ever be dining here again but wish you all the best!
