The primary aim of the NDIA is the transition of participants to the NDIS from ADHC and FACs.

Auscare has the sole intention of facilitating this transition smoothly, efficiently, with a dignified transition and no disruption to any existing services.

In fact, it is our aim to ensure a higher level & services is delivered post-transition.

What is Support Coordination.

The activities of a Plan manager may include:

- Paying service providers and processing expense claims for participants

- Developing monthly statements for participants
