Totally unprofessional people. Scam. Be aware of danny.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF anyone one read this they will be lucky Before DANNY gets him.
1. Its not a commercial cleaning company as you may think off. he sits in his garage, get centrelink and send guys to do the job for more cash money.
2. Danny is not his actual name, it is just to get more aussie customer.
3. He runs business in different company name .
4. he will never give you a hard copy of money receipt only will email you not in the company name.
5. His best policy to get customer is the cheapest market price and then they will charge you more on the day of cleaning as you have no other option
6.the cleaners are not professional as shown in the website they are bunch of idiots. cleaning bottles are just for display... better to have a look at the rags they use to wipe kitchen cabinets.
7. Finally His cleaners will clean their dirty rags in your washing machine and dry them in your dryer to use it in the next job.

I came across Dany as a removalist on gumtree and unfortunately have only recently found these reviews. I booked him to move our two bedroom apartment for 9am with a 7 tonne truck. The night before he texted after 10pm to reschedule to the afternoon. I called immediately to discuss as we had arranged cleaning and unpackers. He agreed to send a smaller truck but may need two trips. By 9:30 we called to ask where they were and were referred to the driver. We were told they would come in the afternoon but wiuld not give a time. We were in correspondence every hour or so as they delayed all day. Our final arrangement was to arrive at 4pm. At 3:30 they phoned and cancelled the job on us stating that we had too much furniture. We moved at 5:30pm with another company and were inloading after midnight. What a complete unprofessional jerk. Dany.....you still owe me an explanation. I would love to hear from you

The best ever service

Terrible. Arrived 3 hours late stayed for half the promised time and when they finished I had to clean my own toilet and windows as they were still not clean. Staff could hardly understand English. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
