Our flooring is suitable ONLY for general light storage. It is by no means intended for a living area and it's generally rated up to 75 kg per square metre plus your own bodyweight.
Aussie Attics can fit ladders and flooring to most homes depending on space available and roof structure. The more headroom the better!

All work is guaranteed, performed by uniformed, non smoking police passed qualified tradesmen and we're fully insured should any issues arise.
Bluecard accredited (safety awareness) and our installers tools are tested and tagged to industry standards.

Please note when comparing our prices with others that our STANDARD dust proof room includes:
1) 600 mm "walls" around perimeter of room, (not included in Budget DPR)
2) Melamine access door (in frame) to get into your roofspace,
3) Cover all exposed beams in "white insulated foil Insulation"(White Sisalation in Budget DPR)
4) All flooring screwed, not nailed into timber battens.
5) Turbobeam clear whirlybird to ventilate and let light in.
