APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Reported to Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)
- Uggs purchased 24th May
- Uggs returned as faulty (lining coming up) on 19th June. I requested a replacement but the customer service person said she didn't know what to do so someone would call me the next day with a plan
- Next day, 20th June, nil contact from store so I called after work and talked to the manager/owner Mitchell Yazdani
- He said they would be sent to the factory for repairs but couldn't tell me any timeframes. I asked him to call me by the end of the week with an update but again, I received no call
- ONE MONTH after returning my uggs to the store I called again on Monday 17th July and talked to Stefi, who was incredibly rude, unprofessional and abrasive. She said Mitchell was overseas until August and she couldn't help me as "no one was in charge". When I asked for a solution she said it "wasn't her problem". I suggested she get in touch with Mitchell overseas for some advice on a solution. She agreed and said she would be in touch by the end of the week. For the third time, no call from this company as promised.

Today my boyfriend went into the store to try to come to a solution. Again, the salespeople were very unhelpful and rude, and even called SECURITY on him. Security arrived then quickly left as my boyfriend was being firm but polite, or in the words of the security man, he was being "gentle" (all caught on camera BTW). My boyfriend refused to leave the store without them providing a solution. After thirty minutes, they finally agreed to replace the faulty boots.

My advice? Unless you want to be treated extremely poorly, and refused your rights afforded to you under Australian Consumer Law, then stay clear of this place! Absolutely appalling customer service.
