Horrible! The woman is atrocious. Disgusting. I've Just left crying. I told her stop rolling her eyes at me-I wasn't being rude, I merely didn't know where my parcel was coming from And she yelled at me told me to get out, refused to help and sat down and continued talking to her friend. Then when I asked if she was going to her job she continued to be mean to me. So I left, so unhappy I think I said I was calling the police instead of the head of the post

Rude & abrupt doesn't have any customer service at all. She can't crack a smile for the life of her. I'd avoid at all cost!
