Putrid service absolutely disgusting. Incompetent and lazy so called manager. Do not know how to talk to customers, computer and system illiterate. Had to call Indian call centre to find out where lost funds are. Unwillingness to help sort out issue that was their fault. Appalling attitude all over.

Every time I go into this Post Office the service is always excellent. Thank you. xx
