Previously known as Thomas Health Care, Australian Health Professionals provides a specialised Integrated Health Care service. Our extensive experience working specifically within the Aged Care sector has enabled Australian Health Professionals to develop a ‘person centred’ service which puts the needs of the resident first.
Our collective experience in offering integrated Aged Care enables AHP to offer a truly unique service.
At AHP, we can provide services to both Residential Aged Care and Community Care. You can be assured of a quality service which has resources to meet your needs across the following key areas:
- Recruitment – All senior positions within Aged Care
- Physiotherapy Services – General and Pain Management program
- Allied Health Services – individual or packaged service providers including podiatrist, dietician, speech pathologist, Facility Management /Director of Nursing, Accreditation Process Support, ACFI Funding Optimisation, Quality Audits, Food Service and Hotel Service Audits, Infection Control Audits, and Staff Training.
