Australian Mortgage Planners was formed in mid-2009 by Stephen Dinte, after 14 years of basic mortgage broking. Stephen is a trusted mortgage broker in the Hills District and he constantly receives requests from clients seeking financial guidance in managing their new mortgages. This is something that is not generally provided by everyday mortgage brokers in the Hills District of Sydney or beyond.

The aim of mortgage planning is to provide advice on ways to not only manage repaying a mortgage, but includes developing appropriate loan structures and the subsequent strategies to save on the amount of interest paid during the life of the loan.

Stephen’s clients wanted someone to give them direction in their financial lives, and with the experience gained from over 35 years in the finance industry, he sought to meet this need through the introduction of formal Mortgage Planning and has subsequently become a leading mortgage broker in the Hills District.
