I made the mistake of taking my car to a cheap place to have a head unit and some speakers installed. Firstly, the quality sound quality wasn't too great and secondly, the speakers started to go haywire not long afterwards.

I then took it to Auto Acoustics and sure enough, Juerg showed me the bad quality of work that they did. I went ahead and had Juerg install a new head unit and new speakers into my car and I couldn't be more satisfied. The audio in my car now sounds more punchy, clear and crisp. The quality of work (down to the little details) he does is amazing.

The take home message here is don't have someone cheap install your car audio stuff, instead take it to Juerg at Auto Acoustics to have quality work done.

Within 20 minutes of my initial call to Joerg, he called me back with his recommendations for my budget. The parts were ordered and installed promptly, at a time convenient for me. The finished job was very clean and extremely well done overall. I cannot recommend Auto Accoustics highly enough. Great value, great service and Joerg is an absolute champion. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I brought my car here a few months back when my media system died. Others had suggested replacing the whole unit, however it turned out to be a simple blown fuse which Juerg kindly fixed for me on the same day and charged me a minimal fee for his time. You'll come across a lot of conmen and cowboys in this industry, but Juerg is not one of them. Genuine bloke who knows his stuff.

I came to the shop today to ask for my car speaker why they aren't work but head unit is working fine! The guy said that he never see this happen before then start digging underneath the passenger seat to find the amplified then make a phone call then come back tell me 3 options:
1st: have to replace the new amplified but Mazda doesn't make any new
2nd: fix it but too complicated( his sound tell me that he can't fix) and I ask how much does it cost to fix he told me $700 which is ridiculous quote or the cost to make sure I'm gonna cross it out from the list!
3: replaced by secondhand one but he doesn't want to find it for me, he told me to chase for it by my self! I ask why can't you he told me he's busy! He must very busy, I can tell that's he was playing phone due to nothing to do but he said he was busy!
So all the options he gave me was crossed out and he ask me to pay 50bucks for 10 mins checking the problem that he told me very common to this car, however at the beginning he said he never seen this happen before! He knew exactly what happened to my speakers but pretending checking to get money I believe!

I paid him $50 doesn't make me poorer or him richer but he'll lost more (or already had been lost)in his future if keep doing this to others!

giving 2 stars as his work was good for what he done on my car. but the rest was a never ending disaster. don't get anything bigger then speakers replaced or a head unit put in as anything larger he just can't handle . has to many jobs on and kept pushing mine back and back the larger project and just finishing the short and easy jobs. which was frustrating as it was back and forth for over 3months im pretty sure . i was paying good amount of money surely i would of been a priority on my install. anyway alot more i could say going into detail about the service but pretty much just a heads up for further customers.

We took a 2004 Holden Astra to replace the radio as the old one was asking for a code which we could not find.

Juerg was incredibly helpful since the phone call. We drove, he saw the car and said it could be done. Scheduled to come next day and on no time he had everything up and running. The stereo we bought from him is working awesomely, definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Went to Auto Acoustics to get a new headset for my car, Juerg showed me a range of ideal stereos, gave a rundown of the specs of each and then installed the stereo right there in workshop. The calibre of work was top notch plus Juerg himself is a top bloke. Highly recommended. - Jay
