I don't like the car i test much, however, I really appreciate Andre who helped me a lot and also offered me a pick up and drop off to train station. They are nice and professional. Thanks and hope to find something good from you.

Dodgy and fraudulent people. They sell cars with gearbox and engine faults.
Once you drive the car out of their premises, the engine light comes on and there is one after another problem. Every single car has dead battery fitted to it.
The auction staff is liar as well and involved in fake bidding if you dont watch them closely.
I would not recommend this place to any one.
They have taken most of things out of their sheets but sheets are lie as well.
Gearbox, engine and air condition are common problems of the cars sold there.

Very bad cars always they lie about the cars like if there is many problems they say no its a good car!! Also they bid on cars with no one rising there arms. we are not stupid we can see!!

I've bought cars here over the years as a dealer and the cars seem to be getting worse
Bought 4 cars with gearbox failures (cars returned and refunded because I'm a dealer but just a hassle to buy without any confidence in the product) bought one car where engine blew up after 10 kms (money not refunded as it was a COD (cash on delivery) car) I was advised by manager not to buy the COD cars because they're ticking time bombs.
They have a cover sheet check list (2017 update check list has now been scrapped due to inaccuracies) on every car which is invariably wrong. Often, there can be a major problem, say a gearbox but the checklist says it's fine. Sometimes, the checklist says gearbox fault (especially on a car I give to the auction to sell for me) but there's nothing wrong with the gearbox. You will argue with them about the misleading checklist but they won't correct it. Likewise if you return a car with a stuffed gearbox, they will put the car through the next auction still unrepaired but the checklist won't reflect anything about the major gearbox fault so the next customer has to deal with that problem.

Staff always friendly but it doesn't seem sincere when they're selling you a dodgy car. They're not up front about their cars, always covering up about the cars faults.
2017 update They even have an employee (pseudo mechanic - don't think they employ real mechanics) going around resetting the engine lights or any warning lights on the dash
So after buying the car the light comes back on which will be an extra expense of several hundred dollars to fix the problem that the light is indicating

Suggest avoid this auction if you value money
try private sale cars where you can drive the car and chat to the owner

Have contacted manager and they don't change their policy of selling dodgy cars they say they're so big that they don't have time to check cars a better auction is just down the road called Independent Auctions Cristina rd villawood

Once I had a car with engine blow up after 10 kms
A manager responded saying it was a COD car so no refund
He bragged that he has seen cars break down outside the auction house and they still don't refund
Ridiculous answer which demonstrates a supreme lack of care and respect for their customer
Never buying car there again

People Don't ever buy your car from this auction. This is doggy auction we have already reported it to Fair Trading as they been doing doggy business and ripping your hard earned money. Today i will make a report to media as well as they sold us the car with Blue slip passed which is not road worthy theirs an oil leak and engine light is on. Be careful of this doggy auction.

The worst place to buy a car. They sold a car with the gearbox broken and never took responsibility.
