Staff asked upon entering if we needed help and after we said we were just looking they left us alone.
Browsing the audio section I was looking between products, a different staff member asked if we needed help and I said I was looking for a 12 inch subwoofer. Admittedly the stock was limited hence the loss of one star however the staff member assisting me said that the shop was slowly shutting down the audio section due to low demand so I can't fault them in this.
He then proceeded to point out the range and the prices making sure to point out one that was on special for about 35% off which was of high quality.

He explained that a rather expensive one was the best and that a very cheap one wasn't great quality and that the one on special was a good value for money buy.

I bought the one he suggested and since installing it have been very pleased.

I like that the staff will give me an honest answer and recommendation rather than selling the most expensive or their preffered brand.
