Thank you Warringah Council for inviting us to present in front of many local business owners. Mark enjoyed talking to the audience about innovative and creative ways to improve their business operations and cut costs through energy saving projects presenting the Col Crawford Motors Case Study. It was great to present along side Todd Sampson who gave us all something to think about in overcoming our Fear of change. Understanding that a lack of creativity has and will continue to cripple many businesses is important to keep our local economy flourishing.

Phase 3 of the energy upgrade master plan is underway at Col Crawford Motors with the installation of our in-house designed and engineered Solar Carpark Shading structure. The custom design was necessary to ensure the access and minimal parking space was maximized and satisfied the Management staff of Col Crawford Motors. With our in-house, highly qualified installation team we have been able to install the sysytem with minimal disruption the the busy service centre. The Solar PV Panels are currently being installed to deliver 100kW of cleaner & cheaper energy to the forward thinking Northern Beaches car dealership while offering fantastic weather protection to their clients cars.

It has been a great start to the Pymble Ladies College project delivering a large scale roof mounted Solar PV system to their Centenary Building. This is how all new commercial buildings should look from the sky!

CAN GOING GREEN BE FREE?
We are taking a typical high consumption 4 bedroom Sydney home housing 2 Adults & 3 Children and putting it through an Autonomous Energy Upgrade. After accurately monitoring the power consumption we will install a high quality 5 Kw Solar System, a very efficient Electric Hot Water Heat Pump and upgrade their lights to LED. The clients won't pay a cent upfront as they will use a financing product that is readily available to fund the project.... We believe they will save money from day one with our installation creating savings that will exceed the cost of finance.

An interesting day listening to some of Australia's Business and Government Leaders give some insight into their focus in energy and carbon reduction and actions they are taking to bring Australia back into line with the rest of the world. While it is a long road ahead and there are a lot of hurdles in the way when it comes to company procurement and business processes there is a small light at the end of the tunnel. Let's hope that these companies back their words with actions.

Nearing Completion of another fantastic Solar PV System and Lighting Upgrade Project. This project was for McCreath Prestige Paint & Panel. With 37kW of Solar PV and over 150 light Fittings upgraded to LED. Improved lighting, a clean energy system and a Positive Cash Flow situation from day one for the client is always our aim for these projects.
