Bought my Avan Aspire 499 Pop Top in February 2016 , have travelled right around Australia since with almost zero problems . Took it back last week to have these problems addressed whilst still in warranty . Every item was fixed or replaced and they even sorted out a couple of things that they were not obliged to do as well . Full credit to Mark , the Service Manager , great customer service and really knows his product . Will be back here for my next Van .

Avoid Morisset Branch very rude manager waited 6 months and 2 days at time of order informed 4 months . Arrived wrong configuration manager turned his back and did not even apologise all he said with his back turned was we will refund your deposit a long wait for nothing .At least deposit was returned in 2 days once you sign and pay a deposit do not want to know you. Check other caravan forums I have posted

Awful. I was assured the additions on my new Motorhome would take 2 weeks max to install so I bought it. 8 weeks later i was still returning to Penrith to complete the jobs. In the end I had to spit the dummy or begin my travels when 'they' were good and ready to let me.

Just bought my dream van from Avan , it's an Infinity caravan . Picked it up two weeks ago from the crew at Penrith . Love my new van that we are going to use for extensive travelling
I would like to say the service I received was fantastic.Helen the customer relations manager kept us up to date through the assembly process, l asked her to change a few things just after we purchased and called her a couple of times during the process she was great she looked after us right threw to the end and then gave us a few goodies the day we picked it up.Mark and Doug the service guys got our van spick and span ready for us to pick up and gave us a thorough run threw on all the new devices. We have had two other vans previously and delt with other company's, these guys gave us the best experience by far.... I never normally write comments but they defiantly deserve a rap. Recently picked up our new Ovation M5 motorhome from Avan in Sydney, overall very pleased with the experience. Cesar in sales is definitely one of the few straight shooting salesman around, and service when collecting the vehicle was great.
We have spent a lot of time planning this purchase and found that Avan definitely have the best overall package when it comes to quality, layout, appointments & most importantly price.
Looking forward to dealing with Mark (who did an excellent handover) in the future for servicing, in our experience so far Avan get a well deserved 10/10,
