Bought top of the range avida because of reputation for quality vans couldn't be more disappointed
Such purchases always come with issues/ it's a given. But when the manufacturer's attitude is don't care what follows is discontent
Where has your focus on quality and customer gone-

best motorhomes on the market, Avida definitely lives up to the name! Was amazed with the quality construction and finish, would recommend Avida to anyone in the market for a RV.

Went to Avida to get some spare parts for a late model 31' Longreach (2013 build) motor home.
Although the 2 staff try to help you Avida does not have any drawings of any part of this motor home that was built in their Emu Plains factory by them.
How can this be?
The staff ask you to supply photos of what you need so they can walk down to the factory and see if anyone can recognize what is required.
A really bad situation for such a large company.
These parts were for someone else, I also have an older model Winnebago built by the same company - no parts books for this either but that is somewhat more undestandable.
I would have thought in this day it would be mandatory to have more efficient backup than this.

Avida are an amazing Australian company. I cannot speak more highly of their fantastic products, safety focus, business ethics and great customer service. I highly recommend making the Avida choice for you and your family.

Highly disagree with what everyone else is saying. It sad to see the only time people write a review is damage a business reputation. I've had really great experience dealing with the reps here. They were very helpful. keep up the good work guys!

This is an outfit that uses substandard materials and very poor quality standards. My 14 month old (5,000kms) Avida Eyre started leaking through all the right-hand side windows. Vinyl decals on the bodywork are bubbling, laminate in the en-suite is separating and the lift-up bed completely separated from the base (by tearing out all the flimsy hinge screws). Avida have informed me that leaking windows (albeit that the bodywork vinyl decals are secured over the window seals) are a 'serviceable item' and are not covered by their warranty. DO NOT BUY....You will be disappointed in both the quality and their weaseling after-sales service.
