I use to have my car washed weekly at this car wash. The service was outstanding as was the food and coffee. My car was taken care of in a professional manner and looked spotless inside and out.
In the last few weeks I have visited, the service has been poor, coffee not to standard and the car was rushed and no care was taken in the clean.
To make things worse, I had a baby carrier in the back seat, which was stollen. Days later when I discovered it missing, I called to ask "perhaps they had moved it unintentionally".. I was told "No there was nothing taken, you probably misplaced it yourself". I then found out that there has been a change of ownership, and clearly the carwash employees are no longer committed to their jobs.
I will never return to this car wash! 0 out of 10.

Not too expensive, very pleased with service and car wash. Cafe food is very expensive, avoid it if you can. Wait area is roomy and clean.

Used to be great. New owners and Terrible experience. They scratched my car down to the metal and then denied it and were intimidating when I stood my ground. 8+ men v's me and my little kids. I asked them to email me video footage which they refused and said I could watch in office but as I had three young children with me refused to do. Did not feel safe. Marks left on plastic interior and seats, streaks on glass. Overall clean poor quality.

A play room for the kids. Nice staff at the coffee shop. Plenty of space to sit. Not cheap car wash and not consistent with results.

impressive. welcoming place. its big. the quality could a bit better. but good enough. keep up the great work :) ... maybe a bit better coffee and some snack would be a good point

I came here yesterday for the first time. My car was in a terrible state with bat poo etc. They did a great job, and I waited only one hour, relaxing in the cafe. I paid $80 for the car to be cleaned inside, washed and polished- not cheap, but it was worth it. My only complaint is they do not give a seniors' discount like the place I used to go to, when I lived in the Sutherland Shire. If I went Monday-Friday, there was a seniors' discount. Also, not sure if they have it, but it would be great to have a card stamped, and every whatever number wash is done at a discounted price.

Quick, reliable, great service from car wash. Also the cafe has good selection of food whilst you wait.

Reasonably priced car wash and the results are okay. Occasionally they may miss a spot or two but I'm yet to find any car wash that doesn't. Just do a walk around and they'll attend to anything you pick up.

There can be a bit of a wait on weekends when most people choose to get their car washed. I have had both long waits and quick turnarounds on weekdays. It's the luck of the draw.
