The flowers are beautiful and beautifully arranged. The prices are a bit too high - as is the problem with most florists.
I think the customer service needs a little work. Sometimes it is better to be kind than to be right. We do not need an intelligent mind that speaks, but a patient heart that listens.

B&M did my bridal bouquets as well as my flowers for my mothers and my hair.
The quality of work was impeccable, the colours and textures amazing- exactly as I had said I wanted. The flowers lasted well over a week and I was so happy to have such a beautiful display for my big day.

I have been a long time customer of B and M florists. I live overseas and use them for flowers for daughters and other family members. They always supply beautiful flowers and the feedback from those who receive them is always as to how lovely the arrangements, etc. are. They have always fulfilled my requests as to timing of delivery and have taken the initiative where the recipient was not home to arrange to make a delivery.

I highly recommend them and try and visit whenever I am visiting my family to say thanks and hello. Highly recommended.

Amazing florist and the most amazing friendly staff. The selection and the arrangements at B&M is second to none. This is my go to florist for my cake business. I have always found the staff so helpful with what I'm after and if they don"t have it they will try their best to source it for me.

Great service and beautiful fresh flowers. The team did an outstanding job with my flower arrangements for my recent wedding. Everything from the service, to my table arrangements, bouquet, button holes etc etc where beautifully presented and the compliments from my guests where rolling through the night. I visit the girls every week for my weekly home flower arrangements and will continue to do so for many years to come xxxxx

Flowers are great... Prices are NOT okay. I was recommended to go there by m.a.d bexley floristry when they ran out of their columbians. Yes the flowers were great but I left with a bitter aftertaste at the service I received. I wanted a particular colour and the attitude was more of a you have 2 minutes or get out. I will never go back I'll stick to my local one and wait till she has restocked as it is her flowers last the same and i pay half the price.

Amazing local business! The flowers are incredible and they last an amazing amount time. Everyone I know buys here. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers!

B&M florists are talented - there is no denying that. However, there is a young lady that is the face of the business who is obnoxious, rude and extremely arrogant. Not to mention, unhelpful and illogical. I spent my $160 at Pearsons instead. A shame, because it's my local florist, and I prefer to support small businesses in my community but I've tried 3 times, and 3 times, they've let me down.
