Good variety and prices and they often have sales or specials

Great stock, but service is terrible. There are no staff to help you. I have been going here for years ( as the closest one other then this store is about 45 minutes away). Its not the staffs fault its the refusal of the owners to staff at appropriate and needed levels. If you can go to a different store - go there.

Worst cistomer service ever.

I came to the store today to purchase silver cross items in the clearance section and was extremely well looked after by Livinia she is absolutely lovely and her staff team are very helpful I would recommend this place to any one looking for a great deal as I have been coming here for years and just feel like they are family by now thanks to Alex lavinia Rebecca

Always great sales and good range of products. Staff always helpful. Store sometimes seems cluttered in its layout but there is good range within a small space so makes up for the cluttered feel.

Went there on a Monday afternoon for a stroller. No staff in sight. Walked around to look for one so I can get the stroller and go. Found 1 lady sitting behind the computer to help me but she was giving me this black face. Not friendly. The warehouse lady does a better job

Very helpful staff.. unlike other stores they advise whether to buy a particular product then or wait if it is going to be cheaper in next catalogue..

There's an overwhelming level of product selections available which can make purchase choices challenging ("do i need a monitor that can play a lullaby, one that can connect to the wifi, or one that comes with a rotating camera?")

Staff can be a bit hard to grab a hold of and the checkout queues can take a while, but this place has everything you need...if you know what you want

I tried 2 seat variants and they had stock of none...pretty waste of time...they need a system to update stock status at the display point rather thsn queing up every time at the payment counter and then getting to know its out of stock.

This is the only baby shop in western Sydney that has a reasonable stock of reusable cloth nappies. For me, this is the only place i could find flanelette square flats for my newborn at a good price (buying online cost far too mucj in shipping). It can get very busy during sale times, but during quieter periods the staff are very helpful and friendly

Always friendly service. I've returned two gifts on two seperate occasions, one was too big and the other was broken. Both times there wasn't any issues returning items. Replacement was offered in store

Well after going there, I found two things,
1. Zero customer service what so ever. They knew we are ready to do anything for our precious little ones, they trying to bank on it. The proof lies in the prices itself, they are ridiculously expensive.
2. I have to repeat myself again, zero customer service, I went in to buy a pram and made to wait for half hour before someone came inspite of repeatedly requesting assistance. The lady who came at last couldn't help me as its her first day and she don't know anything.
Never going again. Will hunt for quality kids items elsewhere with better prices and good customer service . And yeah they spam your inbox if you give your emial!!
