Baby Bunting - Taren Point

Initial purchase at this store was a year ago, could not fault anything at all. I have been back twice in the last week and have had disgusting experiences both times. On the first visit we were looking at purchasing a new cover colour for our bugaboo pram. We waited 35 minutes for someone to assist although around the other side in car seats there was two woman(employees) having a chat. When my husband approached them he was advised you will need to wait for someone in that section as we arent authorised to leave our sections, and contined almost instantly to have their discussion.

Second visit we needed to have an issue rectified we asked for the manager and were advised he was too busy to deal with our complaint, when we asked if he could contact us when free we were told no.

Really disappointed that the changes of staff over just one year could be so horrific. I understand that people can have a bad day but two bad experiences in a week is ridiculous.

Will never ever buy from baby bunting taren point again.

Extensive & expensive range. Hard to find a staff member for queries.

Since moving suburbs I've had to shop at This location, spent thousands of $$$ since Bub was born, although our initial shopping - nursery and pram was done at the Moore Park store. Which was great! Always. But, not only I, on separate ocassions, my MIL, mother, husband, have all had very poor experiences at the Taren Point store, such a shame! This afternoon was the icing on the cake, as I couldn't get any assistance for over 30 minutes, after asking 3 staff members who were all chatting around, while I shopped with my super active and excited 13 mo. They were so rude and this needs to change, I would absolutely be appalled to continue to see staff treat customers like an annoyance.

I went to the Taren Point Baby Bunting store today and had to wait for the Sales "Professional's" to finish their conversation before I could get served. When they finally acknowledged I was standing infront of them waiting for help they seemed agitated that I had disturbed their gossip session. The lady who was serving me (I regret not getting her name) was so rude and disrespectful towards me I felt like a burden and just wanted to leave. I will never shop here again! PLENTY of other baby shops around to spend my money in!
