Baby Bunting - Warners Bay

Huge shop, large range. If they don't have an item in stock, you are made to lay-by it, incurring a lay-by fee, even if you offer to pay the total price. I rang 3 weeks later to see if the item was in, it was, but no, they don't ring you to tell you. What poor customer service!

I agree with most of the comments, but to the defence of the staff the store was very busy with people wanting help, maybe the managers should employ more staff. The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product we bought, she came to us and asked us if we needed help, we were in the shop for only a few minutes and it was busy at the time.

Hugggeeee variety and stocks everything you could ever need and more. We were looking at a top of the line pram and before we spent $2,000 we naturally had many questions however we were approached by a nice lady who we soon found out "didn't work in that department" and almost after every question she had to go off and ask someone else the answer or just referred us back to the catalogue which was a bit disapointing, points for trying though. =)

We had a bit of a wander around the rest of the store and though there were many staff working not one other person acknowledged us and seemed too busy trying to avoid us hence we left. We also found that there weren't that many sales on and instead went to baby Savings where we found much better deals. On the plus side there are clean bathroom facilities here for any mummas to be that need to pee every 5minutes (like me lol).

Overall a great place to buy new baby items at a reasonable price. I've been in there a handful of times and each time i can never get any help from staff. Seems like a waste of time driving 45 minutes to get to the store.

Often understaffed, good selection of high end strollers but just be aware they aren't always the cheapest.

If you are buying a bugaboo then I recommend taking note of the manufacture date as it will make a big difference to your resale value. If you are paying full price then make sure you get one that's recent. I bought my Bugagoo Donkey in June 2017 and only discovered later that it was actually a 2016 model. It had a scratch which I was assured would buff out with some polish, and now wonder if what I actually got was returned or display stock.

I would go here again but recommend caution.
