I recently discovered this store and was very impressed with their professional attitude and service. They really cared about the safety of the children and gave great advice.

Worst and rudest service from male owner. Avoid this place if you can. Man fitting the seat was very courteous, and so was the female owner.

1 star is too much. You can't get such a bad customer service even if you look for it. I paid $100+ to fit a new car seat that was still in box(+some needed parts, witch are rusty, & ,I think, about $15 for screwing a bolt). After fitting I asked him politely how to put the baby in? I heard him thinking out loud "it's not my f***n job to teach you". He wasn't brave enough to say it loud even when I asked him what did u just said and just explained quickly how to do it. He is about 80 years old so I let it go.

Then I found that misplaced a washer that was included with my seat in the box & when I asked him for it he replied with loud voice & both hands in air "I don't know" and gave me another rusty one instead of mine when I insisted he should find it.

In the first use I think the seat is loose and it is a $599 seat (maxiCosi). I will fix it somewhere else. Defiantly, this is a BIG NO shop. BabyBunting is just across the road.

Absolutely the last place to go to for any of your baby needs. Very rude and arrogant staff. Better customer service in the betting ring at Randwick Racecourse. How the hell do people like this remain in business.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional car seat fitting. My car seat was fitted and was extremely loose and they blamed the car (brand new Pulsar). Took it to another place in Enmore and was fitted correctly. Got a refund. Never again!

Great new store with lots of parking. We had the car seat we purchased fitted in our car within 15 minutes of purchase at their dedicated station. When we asked questions the older staff was knowledgeable and helpful about the proper seat for our child. After shopping around, their prices were less than what we saw at the SupaCentre. We are grateful that they moved from Kensington to a more convenient location. We could not recommend Baby Things higher.
