Back to Back Financial Planners has a proud history in Financial Planning. Established in 1990 by Justine Back, the business quickly grew based on her natural rapport with clients, her strong desire to help those around her and her personal approach. By the time her husband Rob joined Justine in 2000, the support team had grown to 3 and they had moved into larger offices.

In 2002, after a conversation with their accountant about how both were frustrated by the lack of cooperation between accountants and financial planners when advising their clients, a Joint Venture was formed between Back to Back Financial Planners and Halletts Chartered Accountants.

It was a move ahead of its time, and it quickly filled a void in the area of more holistic advice, delivering a robust and more complete level of service. Whilst neither business needed to join forces to improve their bottom line, their common goal of working together to help their clients improve their bottom line saw both businesses strive forward. Clients appreciated the benefits of having their taxation and financial advisors working so closely together and soon recommended the model to family, friends and colleagues.

Back to Back had to move premises to accommodate its growing force again in 2005. Including Justine and Rob there is now a team of 16 who all share the same passion of doing the best they can for their clients.

The growth of the business and the quality of the work done by Back to Back has been recognised by their receipt of a number of awards over recent years:
