Having been in the construction industry for over 25 years, Susan Stephens founded Back to Basics Business Training (National Training Provider Number 4346) in 1997. Since then Susan and her team have developed a training method that is widely recognized as being one of the best in the industry.

A boutique training organisation, Back to Basics selectively maintains a smaller student base than the larger training organisations, and by doing so offers personal 1 on 1 tutoring from the select group of industry experts employed as trainers.
