I do not recommend this compagny for your tax return. I filled up the form and sent all the documents the 21/02/2016 for the "12 hours refund and 15% tax" and they asked me more and more documents every day. 1 week later i received a mail from backpackersbuddy who said " the new tax fees are 19.8%" !!!

I love this place, they've got one of these retro arcade machines with heaps of games and the people who work there are really friendly too
