Backpackers Newcastle

I booked a single room for two days, the room is pretty small and smell smoke, during all night you can hear people talking and walking cause the house and floor is wood. I bought some thing for my breakfast in the morning when I went to get, my stuffs wasn't there. I went the reception to cancel my next night she ask me why I explain why, she said that to cancel just with 24 hours and doesn't give my money back.

When I arrive I notice the room is pretty hot and I ask for a fan, they gave me one very good is the all positive thing I could find in this place.

NO RECOMMEND!!!!

A laid back hostel, great staff, ok toilets and showers, comfortable bed.

Very friendly atmosphere staff are great clean a bit run down in some ways but it is being renovated has a very friendly do called Frankie

Shout out to the staff lady who picked up my phone way past midnight and let me crash in the lounge complimentary, whilst other backpacker accomodation were closed. Thanks for all the peeps residing for helping themselves to a quiet Nellie, while I snoozed.
Thanks for the compassionate staff and their concern for switching off the lights to make my short stay pleasant. Much needed some sleep before cruising back to Sydney. Free parking was a plus ! Mad invite to all fellow backpackers :)

Had a wonderful time! Staff are so friendly and helpful and understanding. I had no where to go for awhile and they took me in and made me feel at home. WiFi is good, kitchen, pool and games area are good. Price is excellent 💘

The bedroom is ok and the staff nice. However there few bathrooms for the number of people and common places were a bit messy.

Pretty good but i didn't see a single backpack

The location is 15 monitor walk from the plaza and the club's. No food was provided part of the package but there was a kitchen to make our own food. Rooms were OK but small.

Nice enough place, with large common room and pool. Beds are shakey and rooms are small but okay for a 2 night stay.

Amazing environment, friendly staff, free pool, what more could you ask for?
